Jim’s core expertise lies in groundworks and civil construction, forming the foundation of industrial projects delivered over the past 35+ years. He has led large-scale site preparation, infrastructure works, drainage systems, reinforced concrete structures and heavy-duty industrial foundations across complex operational environments.

With decades of hands-on construction leadership, Jim brings a practical, build-first approach to every project — ensuring sites are prepared correctly from the ground up, with programme certainty, cost control and long-term durability at the forefront.

Senior Project Manager - Industrial & Operatiional Facilities 

Stephen specialises in programme-led industrial construction across the UK, delivering steel-frame and envelope packages within complex, live operational environments.

Through Casey Industrial Units, operating under Casey Construction Yeovil Ltd., he delivers projects across the industrial, logistics and recycling sectors. The business has a strong and growing focus on supporting waste and recycling operators, where operational continuity, heavy use and programme certainty are critical.

With hands-on construction experience and full project lifecycle oversight, Stephen understands the pressures clients face on active sites — where downtime, safety, sequencing and operational continuity are non-negotiable.
